It gets its own card in the directory: a name, a logo if you like, and later its members and verified links. You are its first owner, and your browser’s key signs it.

No keys of its own
The devices of its owners and admins sign each change, and nobody holds a shared key.
Closed by its owners
They get 24 hours to change their mind. After that, the log keeps only what nobody can open.
